About Toastmasters International (有關國際演講協會世界總會)
Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, the organization’s membership exceeds 345,000 in more than 15,900 clubs in 142 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people of all backgrounds build confidence as speakers and leaders.
Toastmasters 國際演講協會是非營利之教育組織，透過全世界各地分會教導會員公開演說與領導的技巧，本協會之總會於1924年成立，現址於美國加州Rancho Santa Margarita城市，全球約有15,900以上的分會，遍佈142 國，會員人數逾 345,000 人。從成立至今，已幫助各行各業許多人士成為有自信的演說者與領導者。
About Division E, Toastmasters District 67 (有關中華民國國際演講協會E部)
Division E of Toastmasters District 67 consists of 10 English clubs in Linkou, Taoyuan, Chungli, Pingzhen, Yangmay, Longtan, and Hsinchu. Members come from all walks of life. They hold meetings on a regular basis to practice leadership and English communication skills. The club meeting schedule is listed as follows:
中華民國國際演講協會E部共有 10個英語分會，分佈於林口、桃園、中壢、平鎮、楊梅、龍潭與新竹地區。會員來自各行各業，他們定期舉辦例會，練習英語溝通與領導技巧。各分會的例會時間如下表：

Joining Toastmasters (參加國際演講協會)
Joining a Toastmasters club is easy. A listing of clubs by geographic area can be found in the right sidebar of Division E website. Visitors to the website can select the most convenient club, attend a meeting and apply for membership. (Applicants must be 18 or older.) New clubs can be started with permission and assistance from Toastmasters International.
參加國際演講協會很簡單，請查看本網站的首頁右欄列出了E部各分會，並且註明該分會所在之地理區域，您可選擇地點與時間對您最方便的分會，並與該分會人員聯絡，然後參加例會並提出會員申請（申請者須年滿18歲）。若要成立新分會，則需獲得總會的允許與幫助。
